normalizeInterfaceName
Normalize an interface name to `{ prefix, numbers, sub }`. The numeric part is split on `/`, `-`, or `:` so TTDB's dash form ("hg-0-0-0" → [0,0,0]) lines up with the slash form ("hg/0/0/0" → [0,0,0]).
